EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We want you all, our Din Raat Family to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with your purchases, however, if something isn't right, let us know. Our garments are made to order and specially handcrafted for you.
Exchange Policy
In an unlikely event, you may exchange the merchandise unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags. You need to inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Once received, our team will inspect the product for the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made possible.
We'd be happy to exchange the merchandise in the following cases:
- An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
- The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
- The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece or article of same/higher price value.
- Please note that if any garment has been customised for your size/length or initials have been customised for you on your sleepwear, it will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
- Discounted Merchandise cannot be exchanged/returned.
- We do not return or exchange accessories and gift card.
Return Policy

The return will be processed on the following conditions fas per our return policy:
1. The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
2. An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation mail.
Incase of a Defect in the Product
We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Reverse pickups are available only in the case if a wrong item is delivered to you or the item has a manufacturing defect. In all the other cases, the customer will have to ship the parcel back to us at the following address: A - 103, Defence Colony, New Delhi - 110024 (Our Studio Address)
EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Follow these simple steps to exchange/return your purchase by mail :-
- On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you are exchanging/returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for exchange/return in the mail.
- Pack your parcel securely, in the original package, and include the invoice.
- The customer will have to ship the item back to us.
- Reverse pickup are only eligible in exceptional cases.
- We will not accept the product :
b) If it is altered as per specifications shared by you.
c) If it has been worn.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise exchanges or refunds on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at weardinraat@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a Return Accepted confirmation email from us.
We will not accept the product:
1) If it has been damaged by you.
2) If it is altered as per specs shared by you.
3) If it has been worn.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
