How can I exchange my product?

You can email us on weardinraat@gmail.com with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 48 hours of receiving the products.  

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Reverse pickups are currently unavailable so we request you to ship the parcel to us at the below address: A-103, Defence Colony, New Delhi - 110024. 

Please make sure you have informed us before shipping the return item and have received a return confirmation email from us.

 I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Who should I contact?

We currently don't have a cancellation policy or refund policy as once the order is placed, your products are sent into production. We can make logistical changes to an existing order if it hasn't been shipped. For more information, please refer to our return & exchange policy.
