1.) How do I select my size?
A size chart is given on every product page. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering. All measurements on the size chart are body measurements, however since it is comfortable clothing, the sleep wear and loungewear would be 2-3 inches loose on the garment and would also have an additional margin of 2-3 inches inside.
2.) If my size is more than 3XL how do I place an order?
We would be happy to cater to your needs whatever might be the size as we believe that every body is lovely and unique. 3.) How can I be assured of the quality of products ordered?
All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products undergo a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.
4.) How can I take care of my garment?
Machine wash can cause the early wear and tear of your garment, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit. Most importantly, we recommend dry clean only for garments under the blitheleisure category as they have intricate handwork and the longevity of your garment would be maintained.
Also, most of our products are organically dyed so they might bleed colour for a couple of washes, hence, we advise you to hand wash them separately. This information is also provided on the plantable paper note you receive with each order of yours.
5.) Do you customise products?
No, we do not offer any product customisations. We only offer length customisations for certain products. If the length is customisable for an outfit, this will be mentioned in the product description on its product page.
6.) How can I exchange my product?
You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 48 hours of receiving the products.
7.) Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Reverse pickups are available only in the case if a wrong item is delivered to you or the item has a manufacturing defect. In all the other cases, the customer will have to ship the parcel back to us at the following address: A - 103, Defence Colony, New Delhi - 110024 (Our Studio Address)
8.) I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Who should I contact?
